1. Who is responsible

FIXFIX LIMITED is responsible for this public website. For privacy questions or requests, use the privacy contact above or write to RepairEvo at the registered office above. This notice covers the marketing site, not the records that a repair business stores in its separate RepairEvo workspace.

2. Information and purpose

When your browser requests a page, hosting and security services receive technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, request time and error or security events. This supports page delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Our basis for necessary site operation and security is legitimate interests.

The contact form saves your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, selected subject and package, message and submission time in a private website inbox. We use this to answer your enquiry and keep an appropriate business record. We also limit repeated submissions using a short-lived, keyed identifier derived from the request IP address. The site does not collect account or card details. The tour uses fictional records and holds interactive changes in page memory, not a customer database. We do not use advertising pixels or session recording.

Depending on the enquiry, our use of your contact details is for legitimate business interests, steps you request before a contract, or a legal obligation.

3. Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, the website sends page-view counts to RepairEvo through this website. We use your consent to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. No analytics request is sent before you accept, and rejecting analytics does not affect browsing.

We keep daily page-view totals grouped by page and a broad source category: direct, search, social, referral or internal. These count page views, not unique visitors. Analytics records do not contain visitor identifiers, IP addresses, browser details, raw referring addresses, URL queries, form contents or session recordings. We use a rolling 90-day retention window and clear older totals when analytics next runs. Hosting and security services still receive technical request information as explained below.

Your analytics choice and the time you made it are saved in your browser's local storage for up to 180 days, so we can remember your preference. If local storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only while the current page remains open; reloading may ask you again.

Use Privacy settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting after acceptance stops future analytics requests. Existing totals cannot be linked back to you, so we cannot identify or remove an individual visit from those totals.

4. Providers and cookies

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process technical request information to deliver and protect it. This means necessary service providers receive data; we do not claim data is never shared.

The website application does not set advertising cookies or store demonstration records in local storage. It uses local storage to remember the analytics preference described above. Infrastructure may use security cookies, including Cloudflare's bot-management cookie. These are separate from optional analytics and fictional tour data.

5. Retention and international processing

Contact messages stay in the private website inbox until reviewed and deleted according to the enquiry and any resulting contractual, legal or dispute-handling need. The form does not create an account or payment record. Demonstration state is discarded when the page session ends. Hosting and security logs are handled under the providers' service arrangements and retention policies; this website does not promise immediate deletion from provider systems.

Providers operate internationally, so technical information may be processed outside the UK or EEA. Their privacy information explains their processing and applicable transfer safeguards. This page makes no UK-only hosting promise.

Written correspondence is retained for the enquiry and any resulting contractual, legal or dispute-handling need. The purpose, applicable record-keeping duties and any unresolved matter determine the retention period.
